Happy Harmony is a choir of women who love to sing! We started singing together in Belleville and have since grown to three choirs, located in Belleville, Cobourg and Oshawa.
The mission of Happy Harmony is for our members to have a great time rehearsing and performing, and to help everyone develop as choral singers.
We perform in seniors’ facilities and at community events at least once a month, more often at Christmas time. Our songs bring joy to our audiences and elicit happy memories. Sometimes there is even dancing!
We sing popular music from across the decades, primarily focused on the songs from the 50s and 60s that our audiences know and love. The music is upbeat, fun and singable. We have added seasonal songs for Christmas and offer a Christmas Combo Concert.
Singers of all experience levels are welcome. No audition is required and you do not need to be able to read music. You will not be expected to sing alone. All songs are learned by ear from tracks provided by Happy Harmony.
